He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Crookedneck and Virginia Harriet Crookedneck (Brownhat); his children, Keeley Crookedneck, Della Crookedneck and Tashia Lewis; his grandparents, Pierre and Louisa Crookedneck; his uncles, Burton Crookedneck and Embert Crookedneck; his aunt Justina Cantre; his sisters, Norma Crookedneck, Emily Crookedneck and Elizabeth Crookedneck; his nephew Chad Crookedneck; and his niece Natalie Crookedneck.

He is survived by: his close friend Morris Crookedneck; his children, Jodi Lewis, Tyler Lewis, Lee Lewis, Sammantha Waskahat and Doyle Thomas; his siblings, Delmar Crookedneck, Caroline Crookedneck and Irene Crookedneck; and his close friend Laura Iron. He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunties, cousin and many friends.
