She was predeceased by: her parents, John Onischuk and Vera Onischuk; her son Tony; her husband Phil; and her brother John.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Pentelichuk (Merv) and Gordon Wentworth (Joan); and her grandchildren, Tanya Pentelichuk, Morgan Pentelichuk (Terri), Natasha Wicks (Blair), Breanna Vidal (Jeff), Chelsea Amundsen (Tyler), Mitchell Wentworth (Maren Nielsen), Nadia Short (Darryl) and Danny Wentworth (Dixie). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
