We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2021, at the age of 51, Laverna Starr-Thunderchild (St Walburg, Saskatchewan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Philomine, Johnson Starr, Emma, Pete Stoney and Arthur Star; and her siblings, Donna, Carol, Kenneth Stoney and George Stoney.
She is survived by: her parents, Douglas Starr and Eliza Starr; her son Christian Starr; her granddaughter Kaija; her siblings, Bettyann Shankar, Verna Thunderchild, Loretta Starr (Ivan), Jackie Starr, Gilbert Thunderchild, Louis Horse, Justin Wapass and Dave Armstrong (Andrea); and her cousin Darin Bird. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
