She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Delbert (Doreen); her grandchildren, Dakota, Napew (Helen), Delanie (Yuchan) and Doryen (Kristin); her daughter Janet (Peter); her grandchildren, Tanisha Chapan Parker, Paisley and Durylle (Tucker); her daughter-in-law Tanya; her grandchildren, Cain, Jade (Tellisha), Anthony, Monty, Gabriel, Jeremy, Keenan and Joy; her great grandchild Calvin; her siblings, Billy Wapass Sr. (Theresa), Celia Clennell (Brad), Bernice Wapass, Gladys Wapass McAdam (Jim) and Paul Morin (Connie); her husband Donald Helgason; her parents, Peter Wapass and Bella Wapass; her siblings, Hazel Wapass, Jonathan Wapass, Lila Wapass Newlove and Margaret Wapass; her brother-in-law Frank Aubichon; and her son Gabriel Junior Wapass. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
