He was predeceased by: his parents, James Mathew Ross and Gladys Irene Ross; his siblings-in-law, Stanley Noeth, Don Knight and Carolyn Noeth; and his sisters, Marilyn Bryan and Charlotte Oswell (John Oswell).

He is survived by: his wife Joanne Ross; his grandchildren, Jason, Lisa Ross, Michael Ross, Chris, Vicky Ross, Ken Ross, Kelsey Hare, David, Jen Rosin, Danny and Melody Rosin; his siblings, Ruth, Grant Streeton, Jean Knight, David and Julie Ross; his brother-in-law Doug Bryan; his aunt Edith Wall; and also, David (Esty Noeth), Frank (Joan Noeth), Linda (Walter Rosin), Andy (Dawn Noeth), Bonnie Noeth, Tim (Bunny Noeth) and Billy Timmons. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
