He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Albert Houdek; and his grandparents, Elmer, Irene and Reinhold. He is survived by: his wife Kim; his sons, Joshua, Rhyder, Chase and Hunter; his parents, Allan Berkan and Lynn Berkan; his sister Juliane (Jimmy); his mother-in-law Lesley Houdek; his siblings-in-law, Simon (Leann), Ruben (Jamie), Alexei (Britton) and Frankie (Rob); and his grandmother Kathleen (Bill). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, uncles, aunts, cousins and dear friends.
