He is survived by: his sister Mary Elizabeth Clarke; his siblings-in-law, Alex Clarke (Mary), Moses Bird (Alvina), Vernon Ninine, Evelyn Cook and Florence Clarke; his children, George Cook (Joyce), Solomon Cook, Elise Herrington (Donnie), Harry Cook (Romona), Bobby Cook, Derek Cook (Sharon), Mary Cook (Dan), Peter Cook (Aimee) and Bonnie Cook; his grandchildren, Morgan George Cook, Taryn Julie Cook, Christina, Danny, Lyle, Allan, Maryann, April, Vanessa, Kaydence, Tori, Tessa, Blake, Bobbie, Scott, Michelle, Harmony, Gracie, Sheyenne, Shanae, Sierra, Destiny, Darren, Thotin, Keeston, Sekwun, Lukas, Piper and Paxton; his godchildren, Denise Cook, Stella Gazandlare, Sheldon Cook, Glen Cook and Sherry Cook-Marion; his close friends, George Thomas Clarke, George Philip Clarke and Dennis Cook; his niece Shauna Cook; and his favorite neighbors, Napoleon Thomas, Rebecca Ballantyne and Nelson McKenzie (Kristen).
