She is survived by: her daughter Laurie Facklam (Ron) of Kansas City, MO; her grandchildren, Jared Brucker (Melissa) and Shanna Holt; her great grandchildren, Macenzy, Nicholas, Madyson, Marley, Alyssa and Hunter; her brother Freddie Dean; and her grandchild Shannon.
