With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Forrest Wade Wollard (Shellbrook, Saskatchewan), who passed away on September 27, 2018 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothea Marie Wollard; and his brothers, Sam of Richmond, Fowler of Richmond, Vaughn of Richmond, Ward Reed of Richmond and Eugene A. Wollard of Richmond.

He is survived by: his children, Ron R. Wollard of Mission Hills, Kansas, Emily J. Vandeginste of Kansas City, Missouri and Dorothea Kay Mertensmeyer of Richmond; and his grandchildren, Chad Wollard, Chris Wollard of Kansas City, Zachary Wollard of Brooklyn, NY, David Vandeginste of Parkville, Missouri, Anna Marie Christie of Kansas City, Stacy Joe Krewson of Kansas City, Wade Mertensmeyer of Norborne, Ryan Mertensmeyer of Indiana and Jeff Mertensmeyer of Columbia.

The family suggests memorial contributions in lieu of flowers be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Richmond United Methodist Church or New Hope Cemetery.
