He is survived by: his wife Bernice Lewis; his children, Buddy Gordon, Levi Jr, Tonia Gordon (Jesse), Evan Gordon, Jade Gordon (Dallas), Janice, Cilycia, Trisha, Andreea Lewis and Dwayne Swiftwolfe (Caroline) of Saskatoon; his grandchildren, Dovey, Dakota, Avery, Rosie and Dwayne Jr. (DJ); his children, Cindy Hunter of Saddle Lake, Henry, Brett, Alicia and Kiley Durocher (Darcy) of Saskatoon; his grandchildren, Breanna, Britani, Jocelyn, Rhayne and Kody; his siblings, Brian Lewis (Charlotte), Sam McAdam, Patsy McAdam and Marie Thomas; and his sisters-in-law, Patricia, Shirley, Bonnie and Cheryl Gordon.
