He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Berner and Alice Berner (Harrison); his parents-in-law, Rene and Agnes; and his sister-in-law Dianne.
He is survived by: his wife Dorraine Berner of Shaunavon; his sons, Jeremy (Tanya), Sheldon (Kelli) and Curtis (Kelsey); his grandchildren, Matix of Medicine Hat, Alberta., Jace of Medicine Hat, Alberta., Lennox of Medicine Hat, Alberta., Skylar of Medicine Hat, Alberta. and Banx of Medicine Hat, Alberta.; his brothers, Dale (Joanne) and Gordon (Linda); his nieces and nephews, Shayla, Nolan, Chelsey, Craig, Bobbi Ann and Treyton; and his sisters-in-law, Sue, Gisele, Claire (Bill), Monique (Mike), Angele (Brian) and LouAnn (Paul). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
