He is survived by: his uncle Donald; his aunt Marion Rust; his grandchildren, Karla Pettyjohn (Alex), Kendra Thares (Mike), Matthew Compton (Julia) and Micah Compton (Marion); and his great grandchildren, Ethan Pettyjohn, Koltyn Pettyjohn, Logan Compton, Nathanial Compton, Andrew Compton, Elliott Compton and Lillia Compton.
