He is survived by: his wife Yvonne of Shaunavon; his children, Darcy Miller (Tim) of Shaunavon and Lornie Casat (Lori) of Claydon; his grandchildren, Dale Casat of Medicine Hat, Alberta and Tanya Sherwick (Greg); his great grandchildren, Sadie, Dalton, Chase and Myla of Red Deer, Alberta; his granddaughter Tara Coburn (Greg); his great grandchildren, Rae, Josie and Kipton of Shaunavon; his grandson Devin Casat (Rebecca); his great grandchildren, Walker and Cash of Frontier; his grandchildren, Danica Casat of Shaunavon, Tyler Casat of Medicine Hat and Justin Casat of Medicine Hat; and his sister-in-law Shirley Casat (Alberta) of Irvine. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
