He was predeceased by: his parents, George Krahn and Sarah Krahn; his brother Jake; his parents-in-law, Arnold Johnson, Harold and Jean O'Brien; and his sister-in-law Mick Krahn.

He is survived by: his children, Bradley and Shauna; his wife Diane Johnson; his son Brad (Tara); his grandchildren, Hannah, Hudson, Wyatt of Ponoka, AB and Shauna Mann (Clay); his great grandchild Alexander of Edmonton, AB; and his brothers, George Krahn and Danny Krahn (Bev).
