She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Purdue and Dora Purdue; and her husband Robert Ray Phillips (Chummy) of Semans, SK. She is survived by: her son Jamie; her grandson Preston; her son Colin (Ellen); her granddaughters, Danika and Courtney; her brother Douglas (Marlene); her niece Joelene; her nephew Ashley; her siblings, Raymond and Edna Stelwagen (John); and her nephews, Stephen and Devon.
Memorial donations may be made in Fay's name to the Silver Heights Nursing Home Ladies Auxiliary or the Saskatchewan Alzheimer's Society.
