With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Zultok in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, born in Hafford, Saskatchewan, who passed away on August 6, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, George, Michael, Frank, Alex, Olga, Minnie and Sandra; and her parents, Alexander Kohut and Tekla Kohut.
She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Dan (Lori), Patrice Rother (Wes) and Dave (Carol); and her grandchildren, Andrew, Carly and Ben.
Donations to the St. Paul's Hospital Foundation would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
