She was predeceased by: her siblings, Bill, Peter (Pat), Elsie (Walt), Eric (Kate) and Helen (Ken); her husband Henry; her parents, John D Rempel and Justina Rempel; her son-in-law Henry Chu; her siblings, Verna and Vic; her sister-in-law Rosalind; her brother Menno; her brother-in-law Ed; and her nephews, Dwayne and Derrick.

She is survived by: her children, Eileen, Maureen (Tim), Lyle and Louise (Tony); her grandchildren, Chelsey (Paul), Brodie (Jackie), Christopher (Shobha), Cynthia (Tyler), Kylee (Alex), Jesse (Kirk), Jackson, Sam and Quinlan; her great grandchildren, Max, Ada, Eliza and Maryam; and her sisters-in-law, Patty and Gladys.
