He is survived by: his wife Katherine Hrycay; his son Michael (Sherry Sovyn); his grandchildren, Anna, Eva and Michael of Saskatoon; his son Robert; his granddaughters, Molly Marvelene and Stella Rose of Nelson, BC; his sister Jennie Nelson; his nephew Michael; his niece Denise of Vancouver; and his stepchildren, Penny, Sharon, Brent and Carol.
