We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2020, at the age of 92, Peter Dielschneider (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Joyce; his parents, Christopher Dielschneider and Josephine Dielschneider (Bichel); and his sisters, Frances, Anna Mary Weinkauf, Bernadine Dielschneider and Madeline Mildenberger.

He is survived by: his wife Fran; his children, Joanne Hinz (Warren), Tom Dielschneider (Lois Nahirney) and Bev Van Parys (Curt); his grandchildren, Christopher (Luciano Biscottini), Daniel Hinz (Nancy), Kailyn, Levi Nahirney, Johnna and Carter Van Parys (Kaci); his great grandchildren, Kelsey and Ryder Hinz; his siblings, Katie Reschny and Tony Dielschneider (Shari); and his sisters-in-law, Ethel and Elma Killick.

The family appreciates donations for student scholarships to St. Thomas More College, where Peter had already established the Dielschneider Aboriginal Scholarship.
