He was predeceased by: his wife Eileen; and his grandson Shane Johnson. He is survived by: his daughters, Angie Johnson (Merv) and Janna Leel; his grandsons, Austin Johnson (Natalie) and Brian Borisko; and his great grandchildren, Nohl and Asch Johnson. He is also survived by his family, friends.
