With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melvyn Roy Stauffer (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), born in Edmonton, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 23, 2024 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Stauffer and Inez Stauffer; and his wife Sharlene Stauffer (Stewart). He is survived by: his former wife Reita Widgill; his children, Terry Stauffer (Theresa), Kathy Friesen (Bob), Randy Stauffer, Devin Peterson, Debbie Peterson and Tammy Pretty; his grandchildren, Kurtis, Tiffany, Aaron, Alyssa, Kelsey, Emily and Jayda; his sister Marian; his niece Jenara; his stepchildren, Morgan Pierce (Trish) and Amanda Pierce (Marc); his stepgrandchildren, Quinn, Zach, Beau and Jasmine; and also, Jim, Gail, Peggy, Greg and Christine. He is also survived by his three great-grandchildren.
