She was predeceased by: her husband Manuel Neves; and her brothers, Jose Serafim (Maria), Manuel Serafim (Francisca), Francisco Serafim, Cristiana Grilo and Antonio Serafim.

She is survived by: her children, Maria (Ziegler), Mariana Neves, Daniel and Tony Neves; her grandchildren, Dr. Corey Ziegler (Nancy), Maury Ziegler (Marla) and Tristan Ziegler (Jilene); and her great grandchildren, Mireya, Aria, Cassie, Jossalyn, Jorah Ziegler, Clemson and Preston Ziegler.

A vigil service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the St Mary's Roman Catholic Parish (211 Ave. O S, Saskatoon, SK S7M2R4). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St Mary's RC Parish (211 Ave. O S, Saskatoon, SK S7M2R4). A burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at the same location.
