She was predeceased by: her parents, Terrance Lanigan and Alice Lanigan; her parents-in-law, Richard and Evelyn Kappel; her sisters, Mary Lindsay and Ignatia; her grandmothers, Agnes Kappel and Bernadette Tremblay; and her brothers, Martin Lanigan, David Lanigan and Albert Lanigan.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Kappel; her children, Fred (Joanne), Clifford (Barb), Randy, Perry, Jocelyn (Dwayne Schaab), Lyndon (Linda), Givanna Freyling, Diedre (Trent Keller), Keith (Shannon) and Marney (Jeff Reinhart); and her sister Betty Howe. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
