“Bill and i spent the last couple of months in mazatlan mexico. We returned a week ago...thankfully. We are in quarantine. We also returned to the sad news of jj’s passing. We extend our sincere sympathy to you lorraine,, lindsay, jeff and family. John was my physician, he was my dental patient, he was a trusted colleague and a friend.
