It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Pidhorodetsky in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, who passed away on January 22, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander and Annie; his son Todd; his grandson Derek Pidhorodetsky; his parents-in-law, Tim and Irene Clark; and his siblings-in-law, Jean Heinrichs, Pearl Pidhorodetsky and Bruce King.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughter Debra Haubrich (Richard); his grandchildren, Dayton Haubrich (Jessi), Anthony Haubrich (Sophia), Samantha Haubrich, Karlie Pidhorodetsky (Jay) and Carter Pidhorodetsky (Jocelyn); his siblings, Eugene Pidhorodetsky and Marion Pidhorodetsky; and his brother-in-law Len Heinrichs.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mourning Glory Acadia McKague's Funeral Centre (915 Acadia Dr, Saskatoon, SK S7H5N4).
Donations in his memory may be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Simpson Cemetery Fund.
