Donald Taman Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Taman (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), who passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donald Taman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nora Taman and Charles Taman; his siblings, Eileen (Ernie Kull), Gord, Ray Robinson (Irene), Bob (Betty) and Jack (Verna); his parents-in-law, Bill and Katherine Shirley; his in-laws, Frances Rissling (Nels), Bill (Audree), Mike, Gerry, Lenard, Marilyn and James; and also Bill Robinson (Marion).

He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Bev Anderson (Bob), Brian (Bernice), Barb Laing (Rob), Barry (Kelly) and Brendan; his grandchildren, Carolyn (Vic), Chris (Alicia), Erin (Lance), Chad (Becky), Adam (Chelsea), Jennifer (Cory), Andrew (Danielle), Frances (Mike) and Lewis; his great grandchildren, Felix, Elyse, Colby, Blake, Nixon, Berkley, Charlie, Tenley and Madison; and his in-laws, Marg Taman, Shirley, Edna, Tom, Denis (Dee Dee), Ray (Donna), Lynda, Albert, Kathy and Theresa. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A vigil service will be held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the St. Philip Neri Church (1902 Munroe Ave S, Saskatoon, SK S7J1R8). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Philip Neri RC Parish (1902 Munroe Ave S, Saskatoon, SK S7J1R8).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Don's name to Samaritan Place, St. Paul's Hospital Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society, Alzheimer Society of Sask or the charity of your choice.
