He is survived by: his wife Colleen Mackenzie of Saskatoon; his daughters, Tanya MacKay (Todd) of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Rachel Lemke of Viscount, Saskatchewan, Caryn Adank (Jacob) of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and Whitney Warrington (Kevin) of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.; his stepchildren, Ryan Kostiuk of Saskatoon and Thomas Kostiuk of Saskatoon; his grandchildren, Finn, Sophia Lemke, Alex, Joseph, William, Rosalie MacKay, Evey, Frank Warrington and Augustus Dale Adank; his father Victor Lemke of Bismarck; his brother Kevin Lemke (Linda) of Grand Forks; his mother-in-law Ileen Mackenzie of Saskatoon; and the mother of his children Deb Lemke of Saskatoon.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations in Dale's memory to local cancer charities and hospitals.
