He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Connie Watson. He is survived by: his close friend Mary Lou; his children, Heather Carruthers (Nathan), Joel Liast (Melanie) and Keith Ast (Jillian); his grandchildren, Anna, Niall Carruthers and Alora Liast; and his siblings, Dianne Mondry, Rick Ast (Gillian McCreary), Donna Kuntz (Robert), Judy Worden (Terry Malloy) and Skip Watson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
