He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joyce; his daughter Terri; his son-in-law Glenn Parsons; his son Craig; his siblings, Carol Gibson (Wayne) and Alex (Maureen); and his parents, Isabel Morgan (Bradford) and Jack Morgan. He was also cherished by many relatives and close friends.

Memorial donations in Robert's name to the Saltcoats Regional Park or to the Saltcoats Town Cemetery Fund.
