She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Chayka and Mary Chayka; her sister Leona Nykiforuk-Mazurek; and her husband Ben Swystun. She is survived by: her son Rodney (Rhea); her grandchildren, Courtney (Kirbie), Brynn and Kaely Swystun; her children, Bree (Curtis), Cade, Casen Featherstone and Douglas (Lynn); her grandchildren, Shauna (Jeff), Nathan and Aaron Moen; and her children, Brandi (Kim), Kami and Ben Swystun-Parenteau.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Annie may be directed to Hafford Home Care or Rosthern Hospital.
