She was predeceased by: her husband John Hartness; her parents, Lennox Draper and Violet Draper; her siblings, Beverly Taylor and Lyle Draper; her parent-in-law Jack Hartness; her siblings-in-law, Jim Hartness, Kathy Moreside and Jane Hartness; and also Annie Hartness.

She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Graves (Dennis) of Kelowna, B. C. and Joanne Schuler (Dallas Boyer) of Silton; her grandchild Ryan Harvey (Kerry) of Edmonton; her great grandchildren, Erin Harvey, Lilah Harvey, Kameryn Schuler, Lauren Schuler, Daniel Schuler and Lochlan Cooper; her brother Don Draper (Della) of Medicine Hat; and her siblings-in-law, Myrt Draper of Cranbrook, B. C., Don Hartness of Terrace, B. C., Reg Hartness of Rosetown and Rolland Moreside of Kyle.
