He is survived by: his father William L Dixon (Bill); his wife Bonnie Dixon; his children, Natalie Clifton (Devin) and Lynsi Dixon; his grandchildren, Gage Clifton, Leah-Marie Clifton and Maxwell Payne; his sisters, Leona Taylor, Karen Dixon and Eileen Dixon; his mother-in-law Doris Puhlmann (Doddie); his brother-in-law Brent Puhlmann; and his pet Lucky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
