He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Dales and Florence (Rae); his brother Lloyd; and his parents-in-law, George Schmidt and Betty Schmidt.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann; his daughter Holly (Jon); his granddaughter Annabella; his daughter Heather of Regina, Saskatchewan; his brothers, Dennis (Marguerite), Marvin (Sharon) and Trevor (Laurie); his stepbrother Barrie (Mary); and his sisters-in-law, Yvonne Fyke (Allan), Josie Schmidt (Dale Rauch) and Georgina Anhorn (Dana). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
