Verna Macklin Obituary

In loving memory of Verna Macklin (Regina, Saskatchewan), who departed this world on February 23, 2025 at the age of 91. Verna leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Tom Macklin; her children, Herbert John Cucheran (Patti), Evelyn Ledgister (Bruce), David Cochrane, Laurie Parkin (John), Bob Cochrane and Willow Cucheran; and her stepchildren, Michael Macklin, Nancy Macklin, Dave Macklin (Elfrieda), Jennifer Green (Chuck) and Norman Macklin (Sherry). She is also survived by 33 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Quadra Island Bible Church. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Soda Lake Holy Trinity Anglican Church Cemetery.
