She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Kovacs; her parents, Walter and Elise; and her siblings, Ulrich, Luzie and Ruth.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Yaskowich (Kirk), Steven Kovacs (Robyn), Frank Kovacs and Michael Kovacs (Sara); her grandchildren, Brady, Emma, Eric, Andrew, Chloe, Aubrey, Joshua and Jacob Kovacs; her brother Dieter Legien (Charlotte); and her daughter Luzie.
