He is survived by: his children, Helena Hazen, Tera Hazen, Amy McKay (Chad), Melissa Tetzlaff and Trevor Tetzlaff (Kim); his grandchildren, Breanna, Savannah, Brooklyn, Brennan, Noah, Landon, Zaceary, Khadyn, Emma, Rylen and Brynley; and his great grandchildren, Adalynn, Paisley and Axel.
