Ronald Stanley Mitchell Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronald Stanley Mitchell (Regina, Saskatchewan), born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 5, 2025 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Mitchell and Ethel Mitchell (Frankie). He is survived by: his wife Deanne; his sons, Jason and Steven; his sister Catherine DeWolff (Albert); his nephew Scott (Katie); his nieces, Shelby and Larissa; his extended family, Peter and Shirley Koropatnisky; his brother-in-law Craig Koropatnisky; his nephew Nicolas; his birth mother Shirley Burkart; his sister Cherryl Johnston; his nephew Brandon; his brother Dean Burkart (Nicole); his niece Cassidy; his nephew Carson; and his friend Chuchi. He is also survived by five grand-nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, there will be a collection at the celebration in honor of Ron. Donations will go to Vancouver General Hospital's Intensive Care Unit in recognition of their outstanding care and compassion to their patients and the families.
