He was predeceased by: his mother Katherine Nechvatal. He is survived by: his caregiver Theresa Nechvatal; his sisters, Belinda Nechvatal and Robin Dixon; and his children, Amelia, Colton, Tori, Angela and Charles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
