He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Moore and Ruth Moore; and his wife Elizabeth Jane Moore. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Moore; his grandchildren, James, Chelsea Dirksen and Cassie Moore; and his brother Gerald Moore. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
