She was predeceased by: her parents, George Idowu and Emily Idowu Onakoya; her husband Oladepo Fajumo; and her siblings, Akin Onakoya, Oluremi Joshua and Titilola Kazeem.

She is survived by: her children, Lanre (Carl), Abisola (Ademola) and Oladepo (Mobolanle); her grandchildren, Aaron, Anne, Ariah, Jeremi and Kira; and her sisters, Mrs Olufunke Olayemi, Mrs Yemisi Soda and Mrs Gbemi Adeniji. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Olumuyiwa may be made to Grace Hospice at William Booth, 50 Angus Road, Regina, SK S4R 8P6, who were instrumental in making her comfortable in her final days.
