She was predeceased by: her parents, David Cyr and Gloria Cyr; and her siblings, Rena Carebral, Eugene Cyr, Patricia McNab, Dean Cyr and Lyla Cyr.

She is survived by: her significant other William Dubois; her daughters, Janie Meawasige and Nicole Meawasige; and her siblings, Gary Cyr, Darlene Daniels (Stan), Wanda Cyr, Eleanor Cyr and Marie Peigan. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family.
