He is survived by: his wife Kirsten; his sons, Mitchell and Matthew; his father Mel; his mother-in-law Diane Lemon; his stepmother-in-law Marilyn Lemon; his uncles, Joe, Ray Berry and Bill Krueger; his aunt Syliva Elliott; and his cousins, Jennifer, Dave Devereaux (Claire), David Elliott, Sheri and Stewart Berry (LoriAnn). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
