He was predeceased by: his father Edward (Ed). He is survived by: his wife Lindsay; his sons, Hudson and Beckett; his mother Marlene (Jack); his sister Sandra; his nephew Dustin; his nephew Alex (Giovanna); his nieces, Brittany (Cameron) and Shelly (Rick); his parents-in-law, Marni and Brian McKnight; his sister-in-law Misty (Blaine); his close friend Adam Donison (Angela); and also Wrenley. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
