He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; his parents, Frank Thomas Pugsley and Almina Pugsley; his sister Lorraine Thompson; his siblings-in-law, Roald Thompson, Joseph Backus, Mary Backus, Marguerite Jones and Martha Moses; and his daughter-in-law Robin Pugsley.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Pugsley, Ron (Bonnie), Brian (Glenda) and Grant; his grandchildren, Amy, Michelle, Tracy-Lynn, Kathie-Lee, Rachael and Kyle; and his siblings-in-law, Don Backus (Sandy) and Alsinah Backus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
