He was predeceased by: his parents, E. W. "Jim" and Lila. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his sister Eveline (David); his children, Michael (Andrea) and Bonnie (Keelan); and his grandchildren, Tristan, Amelie, Lila and Gwen. He is also survived by numerous extended family and many wonderful friends.
