He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret of England; his parents, John and Edna; his siblings, John, Alec and Christine; and his great grandchild Ethan.

He is survived by: his children, Stephanie (Jason), Nigel and Andrea; his grandchildren, Jarrad (Marlee), Corinne (Garrett), Brittany, Joshua and Jackson; his great grandchildren, Emma and Eliya; his brother Ashley (Barbara); and his siblings-in-law, Bob, David, Audrey and Anne.
