He was predeceased by: his father Wallace Melnick; and his father-in-law Herb Mohr. He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his children, Amanda, Cache, Katie and Rhys; his mother Donna; his sisters, Sharon (Dwayne) and Sheri (Mike); and his uncle Bob (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
