He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Roske and Marian Roske; and his siblings, Evelyn, Jean, Deanna and Jerome.
He is survived by: his wife Lucy; and his children, Marlin (Karen), Candace Topal (Wes), Travis (Brenda), Charlotte Datchko (Edward), Curtis (Jody) and Delsey Raffey (Ivan). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Joe to Canadian Heart Association or Saskatchewan Cancer Agency.
