He was predeceased by: his parents, John Zuk and Anne Zuk; his brother Jule Zuk; his daughter Susan; and his great grandchild Austin Constant.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his daughters, Shelley Wyonzek (Ken) and Patti Wass (Curtis); his grandchildren, Kyle Wyonzek (Acara), Kayla Constant (Blake), Drew Wass (Dirk Van Parys) and Justin Wass (Maddison Hudson); his great grandchildren, Arista Wyonzek, Acelyn Wyonzek and Sienna Constant; his sister Dianne Edgeworth (Terry); and his siblings-in-law, Joan Zuk and Bob Watt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
