He is survived by: his daughters, Nancy Vander Veen Campbell (Jonathan), Carolyn Vander Veen, Susan (Vander Veen) and Findley (Christopher); his grandchildren, Murielle, Maibrie, Mallori Taylor (Luke) and Maxwell; and his siblings, Melvin, Joe, Shirley, Janey, Rick and Carol.
